# Structure & Process – Foundational Document

With this, Martina Röll (the founder) establishes the organisation “Structure & Process”.

##Governance
The organisation shall be governed under the rules of the Holacracy Operating System in its version 4.0. (http://holacracy.org/constitution)

##Cessation of Power
The founder ceases all their power into the Holacracy constitution and the existing organisation governance records as specified below. The only power remaining is to revoke the decision to operate under Holacracy. (See below.)

##Anchor Circle Lead Link
The founder appoints themselves as the Lead Link to the Anchor Circle.

##Existing Governance Structure
The organisation will work based on the existing governance structure as documented in the organisation’s Glassfrog-System (https://glassfrog.holacracy.org/circles/892) that evolved from the previous organisation “Röll & Korvenmaa” (founded January 8th (140108-FoundingPartnerAgreement) dissolved April 15th 2014 (140415-DissolutionAgreement)).

##Revocation of Holacracy Rules
As the only power remaining outside of the rules set forth by the Holacracy Constitution, the founder may revoke the decision to operate under the rules of Holacracy.
